Track Record

In recent yearsDREF – Deutsche Real Estate Funds™ has realised numerous projects in the area of developing, financing, modernising and managing residential buildings and student residences. By now, the track record amounts to almost 4,000 residential units – units that have so far been bought, built, modernised, managed or developed.

One of the first and best-known projects is the award-winning “Gazzano House” in London, for which DREF – Deutsche Real Estate Funds™ served as the sole investor, developer and manager. For the Victus European Student Accommodation Fund of the British Crosslane Group, it purchased, modernised and took on management two German projects. In Bremen and Regensburg the Group collaborated with local developers.
